On Saturday 12th July our usual delicious fayre of homemade soup, sandwiches and cakes were joined by a delectable African Buffet.
Not only did we have the chance to try some tasty dishes supplied by YMCA Cheshire’s Glo Cafe but we also had the opportunity to hear about the work of KRDP, an organisation working in Uganda. You can read all about them here: https://krdp.org/
Not only that but there were beautiful crafts for sale.
We all had a fantastic time and raised over £300 to share between KRDP and the church.
Thanks to all who made it a success and particularly to Rev Susie who came up with the idea and brought it all together.
